Miami Champagne Week Brings Together Champagne-lovers in a multitude of virtual events
Miami, FL (September 17, 2020) – The Florida Wine Academy, the leading provider of wine, spirits and sake education in Florida, announced today 2020 events and dates for the premier Miami Champagne Week. The annual celebration, now in its fifth year, will shift to a virtual landscape with four days of webinars celebrating all things champagne, from October 13 – October 16.
The week dedicated to the world-recognized French sparkling wine will be celebrated with webinars designed to educate, promote and create awareness about Champagne nationwide. Miami Champagne Week was developed by the team at Florida Wine Academy, including Co-Founder and Director of Wine Education, Alessandra Esteves and Co-Founder and General Manager, Guilherme de Macedo. The respected wine academy recently shifted all education services including WSET levels 1-3 in spirits, wines and sake, in addition to French Wine Scholar and Spanish Wine Scholar certifications to webinar format, where students can interact with educators virtually in real-time.

The shift to online events does not limit us one bit, in fact, we’re ecstatic about the opportunity to now expand Miami Champagne Week worldwide with our interactive webinars,” she added.
The 2020 schedule for Miami Champagne Week will consist of virtual events led by the certified wine educators at Florida Wine Academy, featuring prominent leaders in wine including Master Sommeliers, Masters of Wine, and highly respected Champagne houses such as Perrier-Jouët and Ruinart. Registration for the webinars will be open to the public with prices set at $15 and $20.
